Overall great customer service
Customer service was great, responds to my emails promptly. They also giftwrapped my order as per request cuz I ordered for my friend. However, they did not inform me ahead of time that the arrival of my order from their supplier was delayed. I had to email them a couple times asking when will my package arrive. Only then did they inform me about the delay in shipment so I had to wait approximately 3-4 weeks for it. Well it was the supplier's fault and I understand. Package arrived safe and in good condition from what I've heard. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service despite this slight mishap. Will order again soon.
